Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, unused time, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, service interruptions, or feature changes.

Refunds are only approved at the owner's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances, such as duplicate charges or extended service failure. Each request is evaluated case-by-case and decisions are final.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate Premium revocation, permanent ban from hysteria, blacklisting from future purchases, and reporting to payment processors. Contact us through our Discord server before initiating a chargeback.

By purchasing, you acknowledge hysteria Premium is a digital product, all sales are final, features may change, and you will not file chargebacks without first contacting us for resolution.
