You must be at least 13 years old to use hysteria, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Harass, spam, or harm other users
• Exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot's commands or APIs
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Automate commands or flood the bot with requests
• Access or extract data belonging to other users
• Use hysteria for commercial purposes without permission
• Impersonate hysteria staff or developers

hysteria Premium provides enhanced features, priority support, and exclusive commands. Premium access is non-transferable and tied to your Discord account. Sharing or selling Premium access will result in immediate revocation without refund. Premium features may change at our discretion.

hysteria is provided as-is without uptime guarantees. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. hysteria may be discontinued without refund or compensation.

Some commands fetch content from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content. Third-party services may change APIs or terms at any time.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or ban any user or server for abuse, ToS violations, or harmful behavior. Termination may occur without prior notice. Premium access will be revoked without refund.

hysteria is provided as-is without commercial warranties. We are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from use of the bot.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
